My name is Geciane Junges, I am a self-taught artist, although there have been many artists who inspired me and shared their wisdom across many platforms.

I am also a software engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the field. Currently, I still work as a software engineer 40 hours per week.

I made my first oil painting when I was 17 years old and loved the sensation. At that time, I made 4 paintings and even sold one, but as I couldn't afford the cost of materials, I had to stop painting.

I returned to my passion 22 years later and, when deciding which medium to choose, I had no doubts. The smell of oil paint was still locked in my memory, I wanted that sensation back and here I am!
